• is a co-operative managed by a steering group of youth workers who ensure that proper representation of church life, youth work focus, youth worker status and gender is maintained. Meetings of the steering group adhere to models of best practice, allowing honest, respectful and free discussion, encouraging collaboration and mutual support and ensuring the maintaining of good records.
• is a community owned by member churches who have agreed and signed up to these Purposes, Ethos and Structure. Member churches are entitled to proper representation within the steering group, to appropriate reporting of the decisions made, and are welcomed as a gift of God.
